Office hours are Monday -Friday between 8:30 am-5:00pm.

To schedule an initial consultation or routine office visit at our Medical Center location in the TNI building, please call (210) 614-2453.
For those patients being consulted by Dr. Atkins, please contact our North Central location in the Hardy Oak Medical Building at (210) 477-1956.
Pay Online:
Patient bills can be paid online with a credit card by clicking here and using our payment pages. If you have any questions, please call our Customer Service at (210) 614-2453.
Referral policy:
If your insurance plan requires that you have a referral, it is your responsibility to call your primary physician prior to making your appointment at NASA to verify that your referral is on file. Please be aware that it can take insurance companies anywhere from 24-48 hours to obtain a referral.
Initial Consultation:
We want to answer as many of your questions as we can. In order to do so, please prepare for your scheduled appointment by bringing the following:
- Health Insurance Card(s)/Information
- Workers Compensation paperwork
- A list of all medications you are currently taking
- A copy of X-rays, CT, MRI films, along with the written reports
- A list of your questions/concerns.
Disability Forms:
A prepayment of $25.00 cash or money order is required. Please allow 5 days for completion.
Prescription Refills:
Please call your pharmacy and they in turn will call your physician. Refills are handled Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 pm.
